Welcome to the 2024 CHAA Football Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation or sponsorships and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account.

                                 6 years old – 8th grade                                   

2024 FOOTBALL REGISTRATION DATES

March 16th – June 1st

6 year old Registration Fee: $300 ($250 + Sprit Fee $50) 

7 years old – 8th grade Registration: $325 ($275 + Spirit Fee $50)

*Multi-sibling discount of 10% available! You must register all children at the same time.

ONLINE PAYMENT PLAN: March 16th –  June 1st

$150 DUE UPON REGISTERING

2nd Payment DUE ON April 27th

3rd Payment DUE ON June 1st

Registration fee includes: A reversible game jersey, game pants, game socks, compression shirt and embroidered backpack.

$50 spirit fee is used for team expenses.

**All payments are due on the dates listed above.

Online payments can be made using a Visa/Master Card or personal check.

FITTING DATE

 **Fittings are Mandatory**

Fittings Will Be May 4, 2024

Fittings will be from 10:00a – 2:00p

Jersey and pant fitting will occur multiple times. Please look for Emails pertaining to dates and times.

(CHAA will not be responsible for replacing uniforms that do not fit if the player does not attend the mandatory fitting date)

UNIFORMS WILL NOT BE DISTRIBUTED UNTIL ALL FEES ARE COLLECTED.

Team Moms will collect Birth Certificate and Code of Conduct signatures during start of season.

The goal of Collins Hill Football is to develop and promote the ideals of responsibility, hard work, sportsmanship, teamwork, and fellowship in youth while teaching them the game of football in a positive and safe environment. The individual growth of the youth in our community will be enhanced through the spirit of competition, discipline, and fair play. We will accomplish these goals by providing a program that maintains the highest standards and seeking out coaches and other volunteers willing to teach and exemplify these same ideals.
